Perguntas Grandes e Evolução/ Big Questions and Evolution

Porque existe em mim um impulso para procurar em cada dificuldade, em cada desafio a possibilidade de transformação e crescimento e dado o contexto que vivemos global e individualmente uma das perguntas que se me revela fundamental (ir-me perguntando) nestes tempos é:

- Como posso criar saúde?
Saúde em mim (física, emocional, mental, espiritual), na minha vida, na minha casa e família, nos relacionamentos, no meu trabalho, na minha existência.

Como posso criar saúde no agora, em cada momento?
E como posso criar saúde no futuro?
E até, como posso criar saúde no passado?

E, por vezes, substituo na pergunta, saúde por beleza, por sagrado, por amor.

E vou-me perguntando regularmente.

Aprendi com o meu muito querido Wilbert Alix que mais importante do que as respostas são as perguntas. “Não procures a resposta, procura a pergunta”. As perguntas expandem-nos e e permitem-nos crescer e evoluir, por isso quanto maiores e melhores as nossas perguntas maior a nossa evolução.

E por isso vos desejo, principalmente em tempos como estes, a cada dia melhores e maiores perguntas!

Because there is an impulse in me to seek in every difficulty, in every challenge the possibility of transformation and growth and given the context that we live globally and individually, one of the questions that proves to be fundamental fpr me (to keep asking myself) in these times is:

- How can I create health?
Health in me (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual), in my life, in my home and family, in relationships, in my work, in my existence.

- How can I create health in the now, in every moment?
- And how can I create health in the future?
- And even, how can I create health in the past?

And sometimes, in the question, I substitute health for beauty, for sacred, for love.

And I keep asking myself regularly.

I learned from my much dear Wilbert Alix that more important than the answers are the questions. "Don't look for the answer, look for the question". The questions expand us and allow us to grow and evolve, so the bigger and better our questions the bigger our evolution.

And so I wish you, especially in times like these, better and bigger questions every day!
