There are inner places, there are dimensions of ourselves that need space and time to be touched, discovered, explored. As human beings we are an immensity and each one of us is a bridge connecting the Infinite that dwells within.

In these times of transition between seasons (such as the equinoxes and the solstices) there is an enormous opportunity to learn about these also internal places, where what was is no longer and what comes has not yet fully manifested.

Inviting Stability in Transition, Balance in Chaos and Presence in this place between Past and Future.

In such a busy world, full of stimuli, having space and time to be in presence and to dive inside through Art, Movement, Creativity & Ritual Trance Dance is a gift that we offer to ourselves and to our process of evolution and transformation and especially in these magical portals that are the Solstices and Equinoxes.

An exploratory and creative journey through creative expression.
Art at the service of this Being, Human.

Awakening the Artist and the Creator who lives in each of us and who through his creations bridges the worlds and makes the invisible visible.

In this process, we will also explore the illogical, absurd,  irrational, incongruous, paradoxical that inhabits us and that is so important in this place of human being that we are.

Inviting an expansion of who we are and our possibilities in the direction of  who we truly are.

- Ritual Trance Dance

Ritual Trance Dance is a catalyst of awareness, experience, wisdom, clarity, expanding the inner universe and opening up new possibilities... Ritual Trance Dance has the purpose of evolution, transformation... the awakening of the body's intelligence and wisdom and the activation of the heart's vision!
We will dance blindfolded to the sound of percussion rhythms, working on an individual intention important for you in this moment and bringing a special breath.

Eternal seeker of these spaces and times of connection between worlds, linear and non-linear, visible and invisible, and meeting the Infinite that inhabits us. She is the creator of S.H.E.E. - Being Human in Evolution a personal and human development program and is passionate about movement and its connection to the body and consciousness, facilitating Ritual Trance Dance, Inspiration & Movement sessions, Creative exploration experiences, Circles, Retreats and Workshops.
She says that one of the best ways to describe the purpose of her work is a phrase by Píndaro, Greek poet, “Become who you are!”.
