An invitation to an inner journey at this very special and darkest time of the year.
A time to nurture our inner light, to look at it, for what it needs, taking advantage of the darkness that surrounds us.
Darkness can be a catalyst for working light and vice versa, if we know how to embrace the wisdom that each
one offers us.
There is a great stigma in our Western culture towards the word darkness and it is often consciously or unconsciously connoted with evil.
If we manage to take this weight off the word darkness, we can enjoy all the wisdom and blessings that darkness presents to us. Darkness encloses the mystery, the inner, invisible, unconscious world, encloses a lot of creativity, spontaneity and also shadow, trauma, etc.
Being able to work and deepen the dimensions that inhabit us, integrating the polarities that live in us and learning from their complementarity and completeness, is very important in a path of self-knowledge and evolution and a great tool so that we can go on each day living more in balance, and closer to who we truly are.
In darkness there is light and in light there is darkness. And one doesn't exist without the other. Managing to go on embracing both in ourselves and outside and integrating their complementarity provides transformation and evolution and a deeper encounter with ourselves, with others and with the world.
With no outside distractions, we'll plunge inside, taking advantage of the knowledge and visibility of light that darkness provides.
And as we are even at the darkest time of the year, we will also take advantage of the wisdom that nature in its annual path through the polarity between light and dark (solstices) and the balance (equinoxes) offers us.
We will celebrate the Christmas within!
The food is prepared with a lots of Love and designed for the program of this retreat and will also contribute to this inner journey!
